Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Hollow Peak Media Network LLC ("Hollow Peak," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to messages you send us, and to Viral Board, our internal content research tool. By using this website, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

Hollow Peak Media Network LLC is a limited liability company located at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, USA. We operate a network of country music pages on Facebook and this website. You can reach us using the contact details at the end of this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. This website has no accounts, sign-up forms, comment sections, or payment features. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, for example by email or phone. That may include your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our website hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the website that referred you. This information is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, and fix problems.

Information we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, health information, precise location, or biometric information through this website.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to your messages, discuss partnerships, sponsorships, artist features, and press requests, operate, maintain, and protect this website, prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Hollow Peak, our users, and others.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share information in these limited cases:

Service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as web hosting and email providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

Legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that sharing is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect our rights, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect someone's safety.

Business transfers, if Hollow Peak is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your permission, or at your direction.

5. Third-party services and links

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. The website also links to our pages on Facebook, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you visit or interact with our Facebook pages, Meta collects information under its own privacy policy and terms. Meta may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying statistics about how people interact with our pages. We do not control how Google, Meta, or any other third party collects or uses your information, and we are not responsible for their practices. Please review their privacy policies.

6. Viral Board and data we receive from Meta

Viral Board is an internal tool used only by the Hollow Peak editorial team. It uses Meta's official Graph API to read publicly available content from Facebook Pages, so our editors can see which public posts about country music are getting the most engagement and plan original content for our own pages. Viral Board does not use Facebook Login, does not post on anyone's behalf, and is not offered to the public.

What Viral Board accesses. Only public Page-level information that Meta makes available to approved apps, such as public Page names, IDs, and follower counts; public posts published by those Pages (text, links, media URLs, and publish time); and aggregate engagement totals on those posts (for example, total reaction, comment, and share counts).

What Viral Board does not access. We do not collect the identities of individual people who react to or comment on posts, private messages, friend lists, or any information from personal profiles.

How we use and share it. We use this data only to rank and compare public posts by engagement, measure how posts perform compared with a Page's usual results, and plan original content. We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained from Meta with data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals, for ad targeting, or for surveillance. We access Facebook data only through Meta's official APIs and comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

How long we keep it. We keep public post and engagement data for no longer than 12 months, then delete it. We delete it sooner when Meta requires it, when the content is no longer public, or when we receive a valid deletion request. The data is stored on access-controlled systems available only to authorized Hollow Peak team members.

7. Data deletion instructions

If you manage a Facebook Page and want any data about your Page removed from Viral Board, or want any information you sent us deleted:

1. Email hollowpeakmedianetwork@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include the name or link of the Facebook Page, or the email address you used to contact us.
3. We will delete the data within 30 days and reply to confirm it is done.

Viral Board does not use Facebook Login, so it stores no personal Facebook account data that would need to be removed through your Facebook app settings.

8. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website. Our hosting provider and third-party services described above may use technologies needed for the site to function and stay secure. Because we do not track you across websites, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to you and keeping normal business, tax, and legal records, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no website, email, or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive personal information by email.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (we do not do either). To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome.

12. Visitors outside the United States

This website is operated from the United States and is intended for visitors in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the website, you understand that your information will be handled as described in this policy.

13. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
